SmartStart™ tips SmartStart™ technology may not function as intended when used with a nasal pillow mask and a pressure setting of 7 cm H2O or less. For the sake of customer privacy, we ensure that "Airplane Mode" is enabled before the machine is sent to you. If you wish to use the myAir app to track your therapy progress or you intend to share your therapy data with your insurance or healthcare provider, you will need to turn off "Airplane Mode" while setting up your machine.
