What to expect
Here’s what happens after you order our home sleep test. For additional guidance, you’ll have in-app support every step of the way.
Order & Ship: Once your order is placed, your Wesper kit ships to your door within 2–3 days. We do not require you to fill out a health history form or schedule a telehealth visit.
Easy Setup: Download the Wesper app, enter your pairing code, and answer a few quick questions. The app walks you through setup so you feel confident before your first night.
Test at Home: Before bed, apply the two soft wireless patches and finger sensor, then start the test in the app. You’ll test for 2–3 nights to capture a more complete, accurate picture of your sleep. After each night of testing, Wesper will send you an early report recapping your sleep habits and breathing from the night before.
View Your Results: After your final night, all that sleep data is securely uploaded and reviewed by a board-certified sleep physician. Your detailed report is typically ready within a few business days.
Next Steps: If sleep apnea is diagnosed, a member of our team will help you understand your results and create a personalized care plan, including a CPAP or APAP prescription if needed.
Return: Once you receive your final results, return your testing device to sleeping.com using the prepaid return envelope included in your kit. Repack all components, seal the envelope, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Keep your tracking confirmation as proof of return. Your device must be returned within 60 days of delivery. If it is not returned within this window, a non-return fee of up to $250 will be charged automatically to your payment method on file.

Wesper uses two lightweight wireless patches, a small finger sensor, and an in-app snore tracker to quietly measure your breathing, oxygen levels, heart rate, sleep position, and more—all while you sleep in your own bed.
Most home tests use vital signs to estimate your breathing patterns, but Wesper actually measures your breathing effort and airflow directly. That gives sleep doctors a clearer, more trustworthy view of what’s going on at night. And because you test over 2–3 nights, your results reflect how you usually sleep—not just one off night.
When you’re done testing, a licensed sleep physician reviews your data, confirms the findings, and sends you a clear report with next steps, so you’re not left wondering what to do or where to go next.
Return policy
Your Wesper Home Sleep Test includes a reusable monitoring device that must be returned to sleeping.com after your test is complete. Your test fee is charged at the time of purchase and is non-refundable regardless of whether the device is returned.
The device must be returned within 60 days of delivery using the prepaid return envelope included with your order. Failure to return the device within this window will result in a non-return fee of up to $250 charged automatically to the payment method on file.
How to Return Your Device
- Repack all components of the Wesper kit into the return envelope.
- Seal the envelope and drop off at the designated carrier location.
- Retain your tracking confirmation as proof of return.
Fee Waiver
The non-return fee will be waived or refunded if the device is returned within 90 days of delivery. If the fee has already been charged, it will be refunded to your original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned device. Eligibility
Wesper is FDA-cleared to test for the two most common types of sleep apnea: obstructive and central. It’s designed for adults 18 and older. If you have a pacemaker or any other implanted device, talk with your doctor before using a home sleep test to make sure it’s right for you.
