Identify your chamber above the maximum fill line: “HumidAir S” denotes the Standard tank (hand-wash only), while “HumidAir C” denotes the Dishwasher Safe tank.

Follow these basics to protect your device and get reliable moisture from your HumidAir humidifier:

Fill only to the maximum fill line; don’t overfill.
Use room-temperature distilled water; avoid additives or essential oils.
Ensure the hose isn’t holding water before disconnecting.
Remove and empty the tank before moving the machine.

Absolutely love these dishwasher safe
Absolutely love these dishwasher safe water chambers. They hold up really well and now the cost is much more in line with the standard chambers, so for me there's no reason not to get the ones you can clean much easier.
