This is a single replacement washer for use with the SleepWeaver Elan™ Soft Cloth Nasal CPAP Mask. This washer fits over the Threaded Connector for SleepWeaver Elan Nasal CPAP Mask after it has been inserted through the opening in the cushion. The elbow screws onto the threaded connector.
From inside the mask outward, the order of the components of the SleepWeaver Elan swivel elbow are:

- Soft cloth cushion
- Washer

I have been using this mask (or prior versions of it) for 12 years. If not for this mask I would not be using cpap therapy. I don't even know I'm wearing it. I can lay in any position. It conforms onto your face and the pillow in whatever position you are laying in. It's soft fabric. It doesn't get oily from your skin. It's perfect. I don't understand why physicians give you the hard plastic, unforgiving, uncomfortable masks when this one is such a better option.

I like to sandwich my mask fitting with one of these on either side of the Sleep Weaver mask valve housing. Works like a charm. Mask rarely tears free when I make weird moves in my sleep.

The product secures the mask to the hose. Problem is the other “half” of the connection is not sold separately. I needed the hose connector not the washer. My fault I ordered the wrong piece.
