Cleaning Tips
The manufacturer recommends these masks and their replacement parts be washed in lukewarm water with mild soap for no more than 10 minutes each time.
Wash daily and rinse with fresh water until all soap residue is gone. Then, allow the swivel to air dry away from direct sunlight before wearing.

I had paid for fedex 2 day delivery so we had it for our travel; and it did not arrive on time; I would like my shipping refund. This item was $28 and it should be part of the $700 purchase.

I ordered a new one because my dog had gotten a hold of the original, and it was damaged and leaked a little bit of air. The new mask actually came with a new swivel, so I did not need. Seems, that someone at the company should make sure to point out the new mask comes with a new swivel.
