The Short Tube Assembly for Swift FX Nasal Pillow (elbow, short tube, and swivel) replaces the entire connection between your mask and main hose and should be replaced with noticeable wear and cracking occurs. It’s designed for use only with the Swift FX Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask and is not interchangeable with the Swift FX Nano.

I generally replace every 6 months. I just wish this was a 2pc item and no I don't mean charge more. It's just that I can clean the elbow pc with metal ring and the tube is a little harder to clean.

This tube section fits the hose it connects to well, even with frequent removals for cleaning purposes. The bevels are mildly difficult to attach my nasal pillow to, but that's a 1-time thing. Much rather have that than a loose connection/seal or having to re-assemble often.
