The pillow works perfectly for the CPAP. I love the strap feature to hold the CPAP hose, very handy. The only down side to the pillow is that it is way too firm for me. It is like sleeping on a brick. I did take one layer out as it was a bit too thick. If you like a VERY firm pillow this is it!! That is the only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 5.

The pillow comes with a zippered cover that holds the layers, but a washable custom-shaped pillowcase is needed over that for protecting your face as well as the pillow from bacteria.
The all cotton weave feels like a perfect percale fabric, not hot or heavy. Best of all it is perfectly shaped to match the pillows contours and cutouts and closes easily with 2 large top buttons. Excellent design. I machine wash it but air dry it, and it fits perfectly. Worth the money for a perfectly designed case that protects your face and your pillow.
