For the price there is no better machine.
The Bad:
-It is a bit louder than others, not annoyingly so, but a few DB louder
-The hose port is on the back and you can't push this up against a wall. Easy to solve with inexpensive ResMed adapter sold here on CPAP. com: ResMed part 37394.
-Definitely not a travel machine. It is a chonky boy.
The good:
-5 years with no issues, I bought a new one identical to the last on special because I have never had any machine, no matter who made it, go 6 years.
-It just works. Simple menus and easy to start and stop blindly by feel.

Overall a great machine no matter if you use it auto or set it to a fixed setting. It works and works well.
I have got to say Iâm extremely pleased with this CPAP machine. During the course of my sleep apnea, this is my fourth machine, and I have got to say this exceeds all my expectations and to me for the price was so much better than the high-end machines. It is so easy to use and I love the way That it is designed, especially when it comes to putting water into the reservoir. .
