Minimal Parts to Maintain and Stow

The device only has two parts: a suction cup and an elastic band. To use, stick the suction cup to the wall and route your hose through the elastic band. The extra suction cup can be used to provide a better route for your hose or as a replacement if the first hose lift shows signs of standard wear and tear.

    Useless

This would have been an elegant solution for supporting my hose. "Just stick the suction cup to the wall, and route your hose through the elastic band..." they said. Well that didn't happen for me, and, I suspect it won't happen for others. My headboard is an even, glossy, finely-finished wood veneer surface. You would think it perfect for mounting a suction cup. After many attempts I managed to get one of the two supplied cups to adhere for three days. Once it fell off I engaged in several failed attempts to get either one to stick: careful cleaning of the surface and the cups, heating the cups with a hairdryer before applying, and all the suggestions from the manufacturers website. BTW, there is no customer support for this product. Frankly, I think that CPAP.com should remove this product from its website."

I find that the suction cup only sticks to glass. Fortunately, I have a window over my bed, where the cup has held up, so far. It will not stick to the headboard or wallpaper.
