    It's a machine for dummies.

    1. Terribly bright lights that auto turn on. Not able to turn off or even dim back light. The best you can do is have it turn off automatically after 30 seconds. 30 seconds of light bright enough to illuminate my bedroom in the middle of the night is awful. Who ever thought that was a good idea? My unit is now outfitted with black electrical tape. I taped an aluminum card over the screen so that I can flip it up to see it if I need.

    2. They lock down the data and make it inaccessible. No using OSCAR to get sleep data. They just give a compliance "report" from what I can tell.

That's my experience after one night. If anything else comes up, I'll update.

Don’t buy this cpap water chamber doesn’t work!!!!

The water chamber on this cpap is a piece of crap. It has always been hard to put on and remove, so I leave it on for 6 months. My husband is trying to get it off now. He is using a hammer and screwdriver and it still won’t come off! Now a piece of plastic has come off and cut his arm. Don’t buy this cpap!!!!!!

    Couldn’t ask for more

Not sure why folks are complaining about the water tank latch. It clicks on and off like a push top pen. Push down, click and it cones off. To put it back you push down and click, it’s back on. IMO it’s one of the good things about this unit. Other nice things are it’s very quiet and doesn’t need adjusting due to its auto pressure feature. Mine is just set from 4-20 and it runs between 7. 5-8. 5 every night. Comes with a travel bag. The cord is nice and long. I’ve had it a year and only good things to say

Good basic CPAP; humidifier latch could use work

Pros: Quiet, starts up quickly, humidifier tank is easy to fill. And, unlike the high-priced competitor it replaced, it does NOT smell strongly of hot electronics or scorched plastic. The lower price point is a plus.

Cons: Humidifier tank is a pain to put in place and remove. It's easier to unplug the whole machine and carry it to the sink to empty it for cleaning the tank (which, admittedly, leaves the edges that are in contact with the machine uncleaned, but life is too short to spend it wrestling with a badly-designed latch).

No ultra-fine filter for allergies. I've been accustomed to that nice feature with prior higher-priced machines.
