    I ordered this did not realize the mask had a tube so it's extra

    Replacement

    Rarely have to replace this. Last one lasted 4 years. Great in that it allows detachment from the machine without having to remove the mask.

    seems overpriced

    I had to replace the original hose hose after just 3 months as it starting splitting at the pleats as if it was dry-rotted. My insurance only replaces one of these a year, and because they are usually charged to a person's insurance, they are overpriced for what they are, but you need them, so...
