AirTouch N20 Memory Foam Cushion

The UltraSoft cushion for N20 adapts to you for ultimate comfort

UltraSoft memory foam fit

The AirTouch N20 cushion is engineered to provide a sturdy seal across various pressures while staying comfortable against your skin. Its design helps reduce irritation and pressure marks by conforming to your face rather than demanding a perfect silicone-to-skin contact.

  • Engineered for comfort without overtightening.
  • Alternative to traditional silicone cushions.
  • Supports consistent therapy through nightly pressure changes.
Care and replacement made simple

Keep the foam surface clean with a gentle daily wipe; do not wash the foam with soap and water. Replace the cushion about every 30 days to maintain an optimal seal. For easy cleaning, consider Purdoux CPAP Mask Wipes. Compared to silicone cushions (which typically last longer and are washable), foam prioritizes comfort and conforming fit on a monthly refresh cycle.

Compatibility and sizing

The AirTouch N20 foam cushion is compatible with both AirTouch N20 and AirFit N20 mask frames, making it a simple swap on your existing setup. Choose the size that fits you—Small, Medium, or Large. If you prefer a washable alternative, see the AirFit N20 silicone cushion, or if you need a complete setup, explore the AirTouch N20 Nasal Mask.

FAQs about the AirTouch N20 Memory Foam Cushion

Should I Get the Memory Foam Cushion Version vs. Silicone?

Here are the top reasons to consider trying a memory foam cushion over a silicone cushion for your CPAP mask:

  • You Don’t Like the Feel of Silicone on Your Face
  • You Frequently Wake Up With Red Marks or Sore Spots From Your Mask
  • You Have a Beard and Can’t Get a Good Seal With a Silicone Cushion
  • You Experience Itchiness or Chafing From Your Silicone Cushion
  • You Have Unique Facial Features That Make It Difficult To Get a Consistent Seal With Silicone
How Often Should I Replace It?

Unlike silicone cushions, which last for roughly 90 days, the memory foam cushion for your AirTouch N20 should be replaced every 30 days to ensure a consistent and reliable seal. Memory foam cushions degrade much more quickly than silicone and need to be replaced more often for the best results. We recommend buying multiple cushions at one time to have backups on hand or using our Subscribe & Save option to schedule your replacement cushions in advance for more peace of mind. You can do so on the product page or in your cart before checkout; just be sure to adjust the timing of your orders according to your needs, and we’ll handle the rest!

Is the AirTouch N20 Cushion Interchangeable With AirFit N20 Mask?

Yes, the AirFit N20 and AirTouch N20 use the same exact mask frame to offer the choice between soft and pliable memory foam or supportive silicone. Simply remove the existing cushion from the mask frame and replace it with the cushion of your choice. Memory foam cushions are designed to be more comfortable and conforming than silicone cushions and are ideal if you regularly wake up with soreness or red marks from your CPAP mask. They also work well for those with beards.

How Should I Clean It? (How Often?)

Unlike silicone cushions, which should be washed daily with soap and water, the memory foam cushion of the AirTouch N20 shouldn’t be washed, as the materials will degrade quickly, leaving you with a seal that just won’t keep no matter what you try. Instead, you should gently wipe down the surface of your memory foam cushion each day after use with a CPAP mask wipe such as Purdoux Grapefruit and Lemon Mask Wipes. It’s important to clean your mask of the oils, sweat, and/or saliva that can build up overnight in order to maintain a good seal for effective therapy, but make sure not to apply too much pressure or scrub too hard when wiping your memory foam cushion down as it can lead to early deterioration.

    This mask was comfortable and

This mask was comfortable and conformed well to my face. The only issue was some distortion when the unit gets wet and takes some time to dry.

    Thought I'd need a large

Thought I'd need a large but a medium fits snug and not tight. be sure the position (pitch and yaw) are right for a good seal. Other cushions left marks on my nose but this doesn't unless I somehow move it out of position. Otherwise this is the best of the options I have tried.
