This really works. Don’t expect
This really works. Don’t expect miracles but do expect a drop in noise coming through the tube, especially higher pitched noises.

The muffler piece is easy
The muffler piece is easy to attach and does help some with the noise level on my mini cpap machine, but it is still much louder than my home machine.
