My Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite has
My Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite has been there through power outages, camping trips and travels for the last 5+ years. I just bought another to make sure that I have reliable power for several nights of CPAP use if necessary. I’m very pleased with the Medistrom Pilot-24 - it’s easy to charge in a wall outlet or in the car and it fits perfectly in my Air Mini case.

Perfect size for travel, but
Perfect size for travel, but most important is the pass through charging, acting as a UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply). I live in an area prone to power outages and this allowed me to have uninterrupted night sleep when power was lost on my Airsense 11. I used it while traveling with my AriMini and worked great. A must have. Price may be high but quality makes it worth it.

Convenient, but plagued by power problems
It’s nice and small, and typically lasts two full nights. However, if the battery is totally drained from use, it has to be reset in order to charge. Every single time. Also, it stops providing power a couple times per night, which stops my AirMini for 5–10 seconds, waking me up because I can’t breathe. Not much fun. I’ve contacted support about my issues and they’ve brushed them off as simply requiring a reset, which doesn’t help much.
