The clip on my husband’s mask had broken and since that particular mask is no longer being made he thought he would have to find another one and spend sleepless nights getting used to it. The woman who answered the phone was so helpful and assisted by finding the correct frame assembly so he is able to continue using the mask he is familiar with. We are thankful for this site which provides items that are no longer available elsewhere. And also for people who are well trained in customer service support!
