This is much more comfortable
This is much more comfortable than the nasal pillow with the stiff gel nostril holes. It does sometimes fall off the nose, but my nose is not as irritated.

I prefer the earlier version
I prefer the earlier version of the nasal pillows as I found them less bulky and, therefore, more comfortable. Also they are very expensive for those paying out of pocket. Another item requested, plain (not heated) tubing was not available. Customer service was good,

Unhappy
This replacement is ot like the original nasal pillow I recieved. This pillow is flat and leaks. It is also to expensive will not purchase again.
