How ridiculous is it to send me a power cord missing the extension that plugs into the wall? I still can't use my machine. I called your customer service line and they said "it doesn't come with that part" and gave me a separate number to order and it's out of stock. Still can't use my machine. Very upset.

This is a genuine Philips power supply. Do not buy counterfeits on sale at Amazon, as they do not work on all Dreamstation units, including mine. I tried 3 different knock-offs on Amazon and none worked, all generating a "Check Power" error message on the Dreamstation. Save yourself a lot of trouble by buying this genuine part from CPAP.com -- a trustworthy company.
