The Mini Male B end of the cord I purchased to adjust the pressure of my Transcend II CPAP machine did not fit into the port correctly. The plastic around the end was too big. I did however, shave it down to "make" it fit.
All products I have purchased up to this point have been outstanding and your costumer service is second to none.

I had to trim the sides in order to fit the small end into the Transcend II machine that I bought this for. Other than that, it works. I get the feeling that this is just a cheap generic cable from China rather than a cord made for the machine that I bought it for (and which it seems to be sold as).
